DAV132: New Data Presented in Two Posters at ICAAC 2012

Da Volterra is glad to announce that the latest results of on the DAV132 program were featured in two posters at the 52nd Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy (ICAAC) meeting that took place in San Francisco, from September 9 to September 12, 2012.

Both posters present results from non-clinical studies of DAV132 developed by Da Volterra as a novel class of products to be used in combination with antibiotics with the main clinical objective of preventing the collateral damages of antibiotics on the commensal flora of patients under treatment. This mechanism of action should help combat the spread and dissemination of bacterial resistance to antibiotics.
